so. i was inspired by cathy's recent grade reporting post, and decided to do one of my own.
california institute of technology
freshman, 3rd term
astronomy (the evolving universe) : a
biology (drug and the brain) : b+
japanese (elementary japanese) : a
math (calculus of one and several variables and linear algebra - practical) : b+
pe (student designed fitness) : pass
physics (classical mechanics and electromagnetism - practical) : a-
cumulative gpa: 3.7
not too shabby, i think. i was pretty damn pleased. just like cathy concluded, i do believe this was a good start at tech.
conclusions:
- i'm very glad that i never have to take biology again.
- calculus is not as fun as it was in high school.
- curved grades make me uber-grin-wearing.
- i can't wait to immerse myself in more physics.
- nihongo wa totemo sugoi desu yo! daisuki desu. demo, kanji wa muzukashii da ne?
