i just defeated castlevania: lament of innocence. literally, i just got done saving my clear game.
it was really good. harder than sotn, and not quite as fun, but still great. i finished it in about 14 hours, with all the orbs and relics, every boss (including the elementals and forgotten one) defeated, and 100.0% of the map covered. cinematically, the ending was meh, but if you're a fan of the series, you'll really appreciate what is talked about. especially the scene between walter and the real final boss battle. i must say, i found a few holes, especially if you take sotn-verse into account, but ah well. still good.
the final boss wasn't nearly as hard as i seemed to think he was last night. maybe i was just too exhausted, after trying the forgotten one four times. i did beat him, though. so aya, all is good!
i unlocked crazy mode and joachim mode. i don't think i'm skilled enough for either. eh heh. maybe i'll give joachim a try, just for kicks. later, though. now, i must go earn up enough money to buy the music box from rinaldo. it became available after completion, and with remixes of sotn music, i must say, i think it's the best perk of beating the game. hee.
