one of those days
i hate to bitch, but sometimes you've just got to get it out, and quite frankly, that's what a livejournal's for.
0802: woke to find that i was still far too tired to get up.
0934: got out of bed and threw clothes on, despite my brain's protests.
0950: walked to physics to turn in my homework. got a quiz for this weekend and found out that the lab quiz has a four hour time limit.
1000: ran far, far away from math section and did nothing.
1100: went to chem and sat through what may have been the highlight of my day thus far - stereochemistry reactions that actually made sense.
1201: picked up the last chem quiz and found i'd gotten a 57 even though i'd thought i'd done well.
1217: waited forever to get lunch from over-crowded chandler, and was meanwhile deserted by my companion, who opted to set his stuff down in the room rather than wait the few extra minutes for me.
1403: got to japanese a few minutes late to find a quiz going on. i had not realized said quiz existed. hence, i promptly flunked it as i knew none of the kanji. thank god i'm still on pass/fail.
1500: picked up the much anticipated check from my grandparents for christmas and found it to be much less excited than expected. read: several dollars less. *several*. as in, my maternal grandmother used to give more, and she didn't have the money to give, whereas these two have income from the military and oil companies. fuck 'em.
1511: and here i sit, a bit extra pissy from all of this than i normally would be due to the monthly female hormone surge. fuckin' a. *kicks the chair* i'm gonna go make some userpics and read some smut and try to forget that i have a chem set and quiz to do tonight.
