OMGWTFBBQWHEE!!!

Thank you, Jaime. Thank you, Mom. Thank you, Brandon. And thank you, economics department that gives awesome money for experiments. Introducing, the lovely, svelte, and altogether perfect Sony Cybershot DSC-S40!

Now I'll be able to take a crapload of pictures at E3, if I can buy a memory stick. Which I can, because if I can't come up with the money in time, Jaime will loan it to me. *mwah*

And speaking of Jaime...

It had to be posted. He's just too cute. *shnuggles*

So yes. This means that next week, I will be snapping shots at E3 left and right. I'll be there all day Wednesday and Friday, and in the morning on Thursday, so if anyone's going to be there, let me know! We'll hook up for a bit, say hi, smile for the camera, etc. etc. etc. Over that weekend, I'll be writing up my impressions and biggest points of excitement, so look for that week after next. Yay!

And on a worse note, because there's always something, isn't there? ME71 is consuming my fucking life. We made gears - we need two bands. We made double grooved gears - they're not the right ratio. We skipped class to build our enclosure - some douchebags took it upon themselves to claim both mills and lathes. They'd work on one for long enough that you'd think the other was abandoned. So you'd shout out, "Hey, is anyone using this?" And at that point they'd stroll over and be like, "Oh yeah, that's mine." and then leave again. Fucking asshats. When there's six of each machine, and more teams than that in the class, and we all have the same way-too-soon deadline of Thursday, you can't claim multiple machines! It's just not nice!

Hokay. I think I'm done ranting now. Time to write up our transmission analysis, then get some sleep, so I can be up and working in the shop at 8am. Freakin' a.
