a lesson in frictional forces

i guess my socks don't agree with carpet. i just fell down the stairs. as i was stepping onto the second step, i slid and fell backwards, then kind of bounced the rest of the way down. i really banged up my right hip and elbow.

ow. must wear grippy socks next time, or none at all.

Remember those grippy sock/slipper things of the 80's? Those things were so cool!!! I wish they'd make a comeback, then you wouldn't fall down no mo stairs. : P

i actually have some! *^_^* i love those things.

i have a pair that are teal camouflage and has grippy stars and letters that say "secret service" on the soles.

they deserve a comeback much more than those slap bracelets did. hmph.
