Random apple bitchery!

Why is the new iTunes icon blue? Now I have three blue icons very close to each other in my dock - it doesn't look nearly as lovely as when it was green. *crosses her arms*

Also, black background for whatever is selected in the sidebar? Too severe. I miss the shades of gray. And yet, the new opaque gray scrollbars and such bother me. Sigh.

The addition of automatic album art is pretty nifty, though. I won't be buying any movies from the store - thank you, Handbrake - but it's kind of a neat addition nonetheless. And I guess with time I'll get used to the new appearance, just like I did before. *shrugs* Ah well.

I've heard that the new itunes version is kinda buggy, so I'm holding off on downloading it for a while myself. :)

It seems to run just fine for me, but then, I am on a Mac - I know nothing about the Windows version.

By the way, did you see my previous post about Halloween? I'm addicted to the musical/movie Rent, which I will be forcing you guys to watch at some point. Anyway, I want to dress as the HIV positive gay drag queen - interested in dressing as the HIV positive drug-addicted stripper to accompany me? Her typical outfit isn't skimpy or anything. Then we can make Jaime and Jon be the HIV positive anarchist gay philosopher and the HIV positive ex-drug-addict musician, respectively. :D

Hmm, why not? As long as it doesn't require any sewing skills on my part, I'm game. :)

Just pitch in for fabric and shtuff, and Jaime and I can handle the sewing.

Hee. :D This'll be good. I'm gonna find good pictures and make a post as to who we'd all be. I'll even include Steve, though I doubt he'll dress with us. But, eh. May as well be optimistic, ne? *heads to Google*
