So, I've fallen madly in love with the manga Death Note recently, and after many stolen hours of reading, I finally got to see the big event in Volume 7 that everyone marks with spoiler tags.

I cried. Not ashamed to admit that - I whimpered and hung my head, and Jaime came over and held me while I sobbed. L rapidly became one of my all-time favorite characters, and so quickly... aw man...
Not fair. I hope Light gets his in the end, drawn out and undignified. Manipulative bastard.
