Imagine the debts that could be paid, the houses that could be owned, the dream careers that could be pursued. If I had that much money, I think that, besides giving a bunch to charity, I'd pick a few people every year and just hand them some cash. Do with it what you will, just enjoy it. Not like that amount would make much of a difference to me in that situation - heck, I could easily drop a quarter of a million on a court fine if I needed to!
