What did I do?!

So, uh, my little brother found a lump on his back. Mom took him to the doctor's, and he's scheduled for an MRI on Tuesday, to be followed immediately with a biopsy if the scan shows anything troubling. Yesterday, the doc called my mom and told her she and some of her colleagues deemed him at high risk for leukemia and so had her bring him in that afternoon for blood tests. Those, thank goodness, came back negative, so at least it's not that. Doesn't rule out cancer completely, but it does make the benign explanations seem a lot more likely.

For everyone's sake, I hope it ends up just being calcified muscle like the doc initially suspected. Erik doesn't deserve it, Mom doesn't deserve the stress, and for fuck's sake, I don't want anything bad happening to my baby bro, especially on top of everything else. I just might explode.
