Salsa shark - I think I'm gonna need a bigger boat.
4-1 Guacamole
4 avocados, ripe, mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped, seeds and all
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt!
Mix everything except the tomato together. Just before serving, add the tomato and salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
Easy, fairly authentic, and damn tasty. Mmm. This was a good idea.
