Smut fic question!

So how do you guys feel about foreskins? I mostly mean in fiction - would mention of one throw you off? I'm aware that some people find them unattractive the poor, ill-informed dears and the point of smut is not to make people go "eww", hence the question.

Writing that acknowledges a guy's foreskin: yea or nay?
