rgha... *coughcough*... ah.
thursday night, my throat started hurting. just on one side, not too bad, just enough to be uncomfortable. over the course of the night, it spread to the walls of my throat and the other tonsil as well, and i woke up multiple times with the pain of swallowing.
i stayed home from school friday, and spent the day with derek. tried to brush off my misery on his leaving, which did contribute, but was not the whole of it. he left, and i slept.
when i awoke, my fever was at 100.6. not normally a big deal, except for the fact that i usually run at about 96.6.
so now i'm shivery, can't swallow without whimpering, and can't help but stress over how i have to take the ap bio exam on monday. mom's taking me to the doctor later today, at least. mmm, antibiotics...
anyway, here's one bright and cheery thing:
