two things:

in case anyone was wondering, i've been playing ff6 a lot and was searching for pictures of locke. one site linked to another, and lo and behold, i found myself face to face with some ff8 fanfiction. willing to see if my past conclusions needed revising, i clicked on a few and read them. that is what lead to the subsequent rant.
me: if there is no oz, no slight *mention* of the werewolf-boy's fate, on the last buffy tonight, i will be stomping.
mom: you know there probably won't be.
me: then you best prepare for stompins.
