DO NOT WANT

So, Jaime and I are sitting here watching a show about AIDS - rather interesting stuff - on ABC, and a commercial comes on featuring a song I love. So I'm bopping my head a little bit, singing along with "How to Save a Life" by The Fray, thinking about that amazing episode of Scrubs where I heard it first. On the TV, I spot hospital equipment, and I think, "Whoa, is this for Scrubs?" The difference in TV station escapes me for a moment, and I keep watching with growing amazement as a dark-haired man kisses a blonde girl, and more hospital scenes flash by. Finally, I spot Sandra O (Oh? O? Man, now I wanna watch Sideways), and my stomach sinks. Gray's Anatomy.

Have I ever mentioned how much I hate Gray's Anatomy? I've seen bits and pieces of the show, and it's just. Not. Funny! It's an unimaginative chore of a show that steals all its charm from Scrubs, and while I could otherwise pass it off as an unremarkable sitcom, the thievery with regards to one of my favorite shows makes me LOATHE it. And now, the fucking commercial uses the same goddamn song featured in the most powerful episode of Scrubs from last season. That's not even subtle, people - that's very very blatant. Mrrrr.

Haaaaaaate that show so much now. Blargh.
