I wonder what those little white flecks actually are.
Came in today with the intention of making a phantom and a few targets to run tomorrow and reconstruct next week. Unfortunately, when I went to the faucet, what came out was milky, opaque, and thick with frothy bubbles. It appears our deionized water hasn't been run yet and the pipes are full of some sort of sediment. Yeah. Ick. Since it's deionized water, the faucet handle is one of those that doesn't stay open - it takes active pressure to get a stream. I rigged up some strips of duct tape to hold the handle and let the pipes get flushed out. It's been running for, oh, three and a half hours now, and while the water's looking a lot better, it's still not clear. There goes that schedule, I guess.
On the other hand, I'm done with two of my three finals, got to sleep in this morning, did work on some Christmas gifts last night, and am planning to scope out Torrid in hopes of finding this one awesome skirt on clearance and visit a few other stores in search of the final few gifts I need to pick up after work, so... that's all good.
Time to go check the water again. C'mon, tiny particles; please be gone.
