rinnia: (thoughtful)

I was going to make a P4 reference here, but I've already used it once before. :(

Ever since Jaime posted this entry, I've been thinking a lot about what skills I have, what I'd like to learn (resin jewelry, gah!), and which abilities of mine I'm competent enough with to teach to others. One idea I've been kicking around for a while now is putting crochet lessons up on my website, as well as a few of the incredibly simple patterns I've come up with. A friend mentioned possibly getting a ferret in the future, so I was thinking I might write a little intro guide - what sort of stuff you should invest in, what behaviors to look for, basic tips that seem really obvious, but you might not know unless you've had some experience with the critters. On a more serious note, I've tried off and on to write up some of my thoughts everything that's happened in the past year, but I don't think we're far enough away from it just yet for me to be comfy. In fact, I'm just about going crazy now because Jaime's got a cold - pretty damn sure that's all it is, both because that's the most likely explanation and because his throat hurts, which doesn't fit with the worst possibility - and seeing him sick makes me nauseous and frantic and oversensitive nervous. Give me a year or two, and I swear I'll have full-blown memoirs underway.

Anyway, this all boils down to a question: what can I do for you? I know some weird stuff - I'm a crafter, I've had exotic pets, I'm a through and through science geek, I've visited a fairly wide variety of places, and on and on. Ask me anything. I'll do my best to answer. And if there's something you'd like to hear about more in-depth (say you're just desperate to know how to get all the Triple Triad cards or something), mention that too, and I'll add it to my list of tutorials to write.

Oh, and don't forget this meme - prompts are love!
