And there's always a return to normalcy
Oct. 26th, 2005 10:07 amThanks to those who extended their sympathies and comforted me, whether through livejournal or in real life. It is greatly appreciated.
I've learned a relaxation technique to help me cope if I feel an attack coming on, and I'll be learning others in the upcoming weeks. It's really helping - I feel like myself again 90% of the time, and that's better by leaps and bounds than the 10% I was hovering at before.
I may actually start working on websites again soon. Go me. *power pose*
